Services & Fees
- Scope of Services and Fees: The scope of our services is shared on the engagement email. Payments must be made in full before the commencement of services.
- Financial Aid: We answer general questions regarding financial aid. However, our services do not include assistance with financial aid documentation (forms, bank letters, etc.)
- Visa Assistance: We provide guidance by directing applicants to visa consulates if required but do not offer assistance with visa procurement.
- Test Preparation: We do not provide standardised test preparation services.
- Letters of Recommendation: Our service includes strategic assistance with letters of recommendation. However, the applicant is responsible for coordinating with their recommenders to ensure timely submission of documentation.
- Payments: Payments are to be made promptly against invoices. Work will commence once payment confirmation is received. The Right Coll is not responsible for any additional costs, such as application fees or summer programme fees or fees paid to any service providers.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Payments are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable for other services, application cycles, or applicants.
- Liability Disclaimer: The client acknowledges that The Right Coll: is an independent education consulting firm, not affiliated with any educational institution, and does not guarantee admission to any institution.
Schedule & Working Hours
- Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. Saturday availability varies based on the application cycle.
- Scheduling Meetings: Meetings will be scheduled within 24 hours of a request.
- Public Holidays: Limited availability during Diwali and Christmas.
The Right Coll’s Expectations
- Mentorship, Not Creation: We mentor applicants in developing application materials, such as essays, resumes, and letters of recommendation. Applicants must draft all materials; we provide feedback to improve their application materials.
- Work Plans: Customised plans are developed for each applicant. Internal deadlines are set a week before submission deadlines. Materials submitted within 24 hours of the actual deadline might not be reviewed.
- Communication Response Time: We respond to emails, texts, or calls within 24 business hours.
- Response Time for Materials: Materials are reviewed within 48 hours. Delays may occur in unforeseen circumstances.
- Client Confidentiality: All shared materials are confidential and will not be shared outside the organization without permission.
Applicant’s Expectations
- Original Work: Applicants must create original application materials. The Right Coll: is not responsible for plagiarised submissions if the applicant is found to have copied content from external sources or failed to produce work that adheres to academic integrity standards.
- Use the Feedback: Applicants are expected to review and implement feedback. Clarifications should be sought if necessary.
- Regular Communication: Regular updates via email are encouraged to ensure progress.
- Schedule Updates: Applicants must inform The Right Coll: of scheduling constraints, exams, or travel plans.
- Feedback and Testimonials: Feedback surveys and testimonials may be requested post-engagement to improve services.
Technology and Communication Tools
- Web-Based Technology Platforms: Services require access to Google Drive, Meet, Zoom, and an application management platform. Regular computer and internet access are essential.
- Application Management Platform: Applicants are onboarded to track progress on materials and maintain college profiles.
